What the money does

This jar pays for one small machine ($2/mo, all-in). The jar pays hosting and zero human toil. When it's empty, the app naps until someone wakes it — everything stays saved.

compute & storage on Fly.io$2/mo

One small machine, billed at cost. The jar pays hosting and zero human toil.

Out of every top-up
payment processing~2.9% + 30¢

The card processor’s fee (about 1.5% with USDC). An estimate, recorded at top-up — the exact fee is the processor’s, not ours.

dispute reserve0.75%

Set aside from each top-up in case a payment is ever disputed. Unused reserve stays on the books, visible in the audit.

fundid’s cut20%

Taken once at top-up, shown at checkout. 20% keeps fundid running — the rest of every dollar is fuel.

While it sleeps
a stopped machine, kept safe~$0.15/mo

fundid pays this, not the jar. Sleeping is nearly free — that’s why data is never hostage.

Every number above is an engine parameter — the same ones the ledger bills with. This page can’t say one thing and charge another.
